Description: The Sand King emphasizes area of effect damage more than most. All four of his abilities can damage multiple foes at once. Burrowstrike, his mainstay, damages and stuns targets in a line. In addition, when using this ability, the Sand King burrows to the target location which sets him up for additional attacks or spells. This can get him into trouble though, and to help evade counter attacks he uses Sand Storm. While active, this ability makes the Sand King invisible in the middle of a swirling storm of dust. Although he is unable to move while remaining invisible, nearby enemies will take damage as long as they remain in the storm. The Sand King can finish off groups off units with his Caustic Finale passive skill, which causes a deadly explosion every time he kills a unit with his physical attack. Epicenter, arguably Sand King’s most deadly ability, creates a pulsing earthquake centered on his location. When combined with Burrowstrike, this ability is often fatal to fragile heroes, and leaves tougher enemies wounded and limping for safety.
Background Story: The sands of the Scintillant Waste are alive and sentient–the whole vast desert speaks to itself, thinking thoughts only such a vastness can conceive. But when it needs must find a form to communicate with those of more limited scope, it frees a fragment of itself, and fills a carapace of magic armor formed by the cunning Djinn of Qaldin. This essential identity calls itself Crixalis, meaning ‘Soul of the Sand,’ but others know it as Sandking. Sandking takes the form of a huge arachnid, inspired by the Scintillant Waste’s small but ubiquitous denizens; and this is a true outward expression of his ferocious nature. Guardian, warrior, ambassador–Sand King is all of these things, inseparable from the endless desert that gave him life.
Playing with Sand King: Although fragile at the beginning of the game, you should play Sand King aggressive as mush as possible. Paired with a good team mate or support you’ll be unstoppable controlling a lane at the start of the game. Sand King is a versatile hero, he can be a ganker, a roamer and an initiator. Stunning the enemies or casting the Epicenter Skill then blinking to the enemies is one of the best initiating skill when starting a team battle. Depending on your built, you can also use the second skill Sand Storm when controlling a lane early in the game. It gives the enemy trouble forcing them to buy sentry ward which cost 200g pretty stiff early in the game.

|Sand Kings attack places a venom on attacked unit that lasts 0.25 sec then if the unit dies while under the skill it will explode causing 90, 130, 170, 220 damage to surrounding enemy units.
|Sand King channels for 2 secs then creates a disturbance to the ground causing it to send violent pulse, each pulse inflicts 110 damage to enemy units and slowing them by 30% for 3 secs.
